Wholistic Sports Spa WELLCare takes from sports massage. Sports massage like lots of massage takes one part of the body then moves to the next from insertions to origin of muscle. WSSW views the entire body skin to bone as one part with a focus on origin to insertion of muscle.

Ayurveda is a Holistic modality treats the mind body spirit with an emphasis on the elements and our inter/outter-response systems.
